PUERTO RICO SUMMER 2012

Last summer I was able to travel to Puerto Rico for the first time. It was an incredible experience, being able to see and experience the land that my grandparents and later predecessors came from. I was able to immerse myself in the culture and traditions of this great island-taste the different foods, hear the music, get a glimpse into the lifestyle, explore the oldest settlement, Old San Juan, and visit famous sites such as El Castillo San Felipe del Morro and El Castillo de San Cristóbal. I enjoyed every second of my time there and I look forward to going back and experiencing more of this island.
